We are implementing important updates to the GRSBA algorithm license to ensure safer and more ethical use. The new clauses include:
- Ethical Responsibility: Acceptable and ethical use of the algorithm.
- Transparency and Reporting: Maintain detailed records and provide periodic reports.
- Data Protection: Compliance with all applicable data protection laws.
- Training: Ensure users are trained in ethical and legal practices.
- Audit and Compliance: Right of the Licensor to audit usage.
- Consequences for Misuse: Immediate termination of the license and legal actions for misuse.
Updated Licensing Fees
- Individual: R$2.500,00 per year
- Small Businesses: R$10.000,00 per year (up to 10 users)
- Medium Businesses: R$25.000,00 per year (up to 50 users)
- Large Businesses: R$50.000,00 per year (unlimited users)
- Custom Package: Price upon request
Effective Date: June 27, 2024
Future Pricing Adjustments
The Licensor reserves the right to adjust licensing fees periodically. Any changes to the fees will be communicated to the Licensee at least 60 days in advance. The new fees will apply upon renewal of the existing license or the purchase of new licenses.
